On March 10, 2025, Progimpex was invited by the European Commission as an expert at the GPSR Workshop in Brussels.

What is GPSR?
The General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 came into force on December 13, 2024, replacing the previous directive. It introduces stricter obligations for all market players.
Key requirements include:
✔ Art. 5: Safe for all users — regardless of age, gender or ability
✔ Art. 7: Clear instructions and visible warnings
✔ Art. 9: Traceability of product origin
✔ Art. 20–22: Mandatory reporting via the Safety Gate system
